Hanson Painting created a phenomenal bedroom for us. Removed the popcorn from the vaulted ceiling, all defects from the walls and ceiling, and the trim, it looks like plastic, not a brush stroke to be found! I applaud this fantastic painter and his crew. The best of the best!
Bill did an awesome job on our kitchen and both bathroom cabinets. We were pleasantly impressed by how well of a job he did. Bill’s communication throughout the process was tremendous and greatly appreciated by my wife and I. His pricing was more than fair considering how well of a job he did. Bill was very meticulous on all the details which showed in the end result.I highly recommend Hanson Painting for your cabinet makeover. Great job Bill!!!
Our first experience with Hanson Painting was top notch. From the initial estimate to job completion, Bill was prompt and thorough in explanation and execution. He and his crewman Matt did an outstanding job painting our great room, its trim, three doors, and the trim on newly installed windows, and a hallway to our upstairs. Three things were of utmost importance to us, the comfort of having people we trusted do the job, the execution of the work, and communication. Bill nailed all three, and we are happy to know we have someone we will call again.
Bill and Erin were prompt, courteous, and professional. Erin helped me pick the perfect color for our recreational room, the final result was amazing! The quality of work was exceptional, five stars! Thank you! Pat and Judy O'Keefe
We just had Bill paint our first floor. This is the best paint work we have ever had. Fantastic job from beginning to end. Extraordinary attention to detail and site cleaning. Hanson painting is our go-to painters from now on!
I have used Bill Hanson for the past 10 years for both indoor and outdoor painting jobs. Bill is a master craftsman and his work is meticulous. His fees are also very reasonable. I would not look anywhere else for a painter and I give him my highest recommendation.
Hanson painting is great. Did a fantastic job on our bathroom. Would highly recommend.
William, the owner at Hanson Painting is a true craftsman and one who will put you and your home first. I have worked side-by-side with William and he has never ceased to amaze me with his detail oriented approach, while still remaining efficient and accurate with his work. William is always looking for the latest, greatest techniques and products to make his customers homes shine. Go with Hanson Painting! You will be very happy you did.
Perfection! Bill took the time to properly repair old water damage, nail pops, cracks and improper caulking before applying new paint. His expertise in product and technique is exactly what we expect from a professional. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Hanson Painting. Very responsive from the initial quoting process to being on time for job starts. Quality of work is outstanding, I will use this service in the future for sure.
I spent weeks debating on whether to reface or replace the kitchen cabinets we inherited when we moved into our 30-yr old home. I was close to fitting the bill for a reface when I noticed Bill Hanson's website after doing a search for local cabinet painters. Three things surprised me about it: 1) close-up photos of the painted trim, door casings, etc. (Only a true pro would showcase the fine print!) 2) A price list of his services --what contractor/painter offers that?? 3) Unanimously raving reviews (not sure I found one negative!) Well, it turns out they're not lying! We couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product --it's as if we really had replaced those cabinets! From the prepping/cleaning process, to spraying every door w/ three coats (not two), to wrapping them neatly, cleaning up daily, delivering what he said he was going to, and just being downright friendly, trustworthy, reasonable, and pleasant to work w/, we are thrilled to have chosen Hanson Painting! And I recommend him constantly to friends and neighbors. Before you move fwd with a reface or replace, definitely call Bill!
I hired Hanson Painting to paint my front steps, front door trim, and front door. They were thorough and professional from beginning to end. I was extremely pleased with their work. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend Hanson Painting.
Bill was great and my ceilings came out fantastic. He was in the wiggle room of the budget. He showed up on time and finished the job early. His clean up after the job was complete was so thorough that you could not tell he was even in the house. Only the beautiful job he did on my ceilings was the evidence of his presence there. I highly recommend him
Bill was very professional, neat, clean and easy to work with. We’re very pleased with his work and highly recommend Hanson Painting to anyone. We plan on having Bill come back for additional projects. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Interior painting
Hanson Painting just completed a job at our house this week. I hired them to paint the entire first floor ceiling and two walls in the kitchen. Their process to schedule a quote was easily done online. Communication was outstanding. Bill followed up several times before his appointment. A quote was emailed promptly and while he was scheduled a few weeks out he started the job on time. They showed up on time each day for a day-and-a-half project. They were thorough in covering the floors and all the furniture. And cleaned up thoroughly after each day. Bill and his work not only made some great recommendations they did everything needed for a high-quality paint job. The prep work they did corrected many paint problems created by the previous owner. No short cuts were taken. He also went above and beyond and did some minor additional work that I was not quoted for, but they felt was needed for a quality job. As a Haverhill MA REALTOR, I am always asked about service providers and Hanson Painting will be on the top of my list for recommendation. I also plan on having them back to complete several other projects. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Reasonable price, great communication, promptness and accuracy are hard to find in contractors, but Hanson Painting delivered. Services Interior painting
My husband and I could not be more impressed or grateful with the job done by the Team at Hanson painting. In preparation to sell our house, we needed to have the entire interior repainted. On the day of the quote and walkthrough, Bill showed up perfectly on time. Our house has many, many mouldings, arches and small rooms (lots to do!) and a few bold colors that would need some work. The quote was prompt and fair. We were told it would take four days and they were done in three. On the first day, I came home to everything spackled, sanded and primed, AND the first coat of paint down. We were so pleasantly astonished. They use great tools, such as a festool sander, so there was no dust in the house. We came home tonight to everything complete, and all we can say is that you will not go wrong choosing Hanson! What could have been a very stressful project for us was done with ease by the professionals. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Hanson Painting did an amazing job and I will definitely have them back when I need more work done. Bill was very flexible and easy to work with. Impressive work ethic, always on time and work area cleaned up impeccably afterwards. Erin was very helpful with colors too.
Bill painted cabinet doors and trim for me. He did a beautiful job. He was very responsive and completed the work quickly. I recommend him.
Hanson painting is the only painter I’ll use, professional, punctual and they do a fantastic job. Always finish on time or early, always clean up after themselves and do just such a great job. I’ve used Hanson for many projects and will continue to use them in the future.
Bill and his crew did excellent work in my home - not only painting, but also drywall and plaster patch and repair. They were friendly, professional, and kind, and their rates are very reasonable. My highest recommendation.
As a new client with high expectations, I’m happy to say that Bill and Max did a fantastic job painting the interior of our home. We presented multiple challenges from peeling paint in a shower to crown molding and water damage issues issues to unexplained flashing on current paint to 20 foot ceilings and all were handled with apparent ease. They did walls and ceilings of 2 bathrooms, foyer, 2 stairways, 2 hallways and ceilings for a kitchen and living room. They clearly paid attention to all the details and were particular about cleaning up each day. I highly recommend Hanson Painting and will be calling them for our next painting project! Thank you Bill!
The overall experience was smooth and well-directed from beginning to end. I appreciated how everything stayed on track without any unnecessary complications. The final outcome clearly showed a strong level of focus and dedication.
Very happy with the job. Our ceilings were a challenge, but Bill made them look brand new. We will use Hanson Painting again!
My wife and I were considering having our kitchen cabinets professionally painted. I’m so glad I found the Hanson Painting website. Bill gave us a detailed estimate along with a precise explanation on the job process. He told us in advance the time frame to complete the job and was spot on. Bill and Max were friendly and professional and highly skilled. They did meticulous prep work , carefully covering everything to minimize dust and disruption. Bill’s attention to detail is evident in the final product. We are extremely pleased in the outcome of our cabinets. The results of our kitchen cabinet painting makes it very clear that Hanson Painting does high quality work. Look no further.
Hanson Painting was one of several painting companies I called when I wanted my kitchen cabinets painted. None of them returned my calls, except Bill Hanson who responded within a half hour of my call and I'm so happy that none of the others called back because he did an exceptional job and I couldn't be happier with the results. He did a meticulous job painting my cabinets and kept me informed throughout the project. Not only was he very pleasant and arrived every morning with a smile and a positive attitude, he was also very respectful of my home and kept everything very clean as he worked on the kitchen. I'm so happy I called Hanson Painting instead of replacing my existing cabinets because they look brand new! I highly recommend Hanson Painting for any painting projects.
Hanson painting is great. Did a fantastic job on our bathroom. Would highly recommend.
I have completed several projects with Bill and he always does an excellent job going above and beyond what is expected of him. He is a pleasure to work with.
We hired Hanson Painting to paint our interior following a major remodel. We were not only very impressed with the overall outcome, but super happy with the way the crew treated our home and cleaned up every day. Very professional team that delivers professional results.
Bill does a superb job.. very clean, neat and thorough. Kept us up to date on his schedule. Highly recommended.

Professional, kind, and truly talented painters. Can't say enough about the quality of the work and the positive experience! Definitely hire them!
We couldn’t be happier with the work Bill did for us! We had old, sad looking kitchen cabinets, and he painted them a brilliant white, and made them look new! So much less expensive than a whole new kitchen. Bill is extremely professional, a great communicator, and truly likeable. It was a pleasure to have him in our home, and we will be calling him again in a few months for another project.
I would recommend Hanson Painting to anyone. Bill was honest and upfront on every aspect of the job. He made sure everything was clean and neat. He was thorough and even helpful when deciding a paint color. The final product came out beautifully. He can definitely be counted on to do a great job.
Bill and Max did a beautiful job painting my house. This included the front door, picture frame molding, walls, trim work and several ceilings with repair work. Everything was done with perfection. Bill was very easy to work with and very attentive to detail. Look forward to having Bill do other projects for me. Thank you for making my home shine.
We have nothing but good things to say about Hanson Painting and the interior work done at our house. Bill is meticulous with his prep work, knowledgeable and skilled at his trade, and organizes and cleans up at the end of each day. He is also honest, trustworthy, and just a good guy in general. In our older home, Bill and Max repaired damaged windowsills, patched walls, and painted doors, cabinets, walls, and old wood paned windows. We are so happy with their work that we’ve asked to be on the list for further work a few months down the road. Highly recommend Hanson Painting!
Bill painted our living room and a water damaged wall and ceiling, and did an excellent job. He's courteous, will respect your home, a true professional. We will definitely hire Hanson Painting in the future.
Bill and his team are meticulous and did a great job painting some challenging spaces in our older home. But I also want to mention Bill is a pleasure to work with, very good communication and extremely trustworthy!

Honest and quality minded and his work speaks for itself. I have recommended to many people who were thrilled with the work he did. Highly recommend
Hired Hanson Painting to do a last minute job to get my house ready for the market. Not a big job for Bill, but a big job for me to get the house ready for prime time. Bill and Team did a terrific job on short notice. Would hire them again and again! Great service, communication and work!
Hanson Painting did an exceptional job replacing my kitchen cabinet doors, a vanity, door, and beautifully painted my existing original cabinets that were over 40 years old! The work was done in a timely fashion, and was very reasonably priced. The quality of the Italian Paint was gorgeous. Every day the kitchen was perfectly cleaned up. No mess was ever left behind. I would highly recommend Bill Hanson to refresh, add new hardware, and paint your kitchen and cabinets!
Bill recently did a fantastic job painting our water stained kitchen ceiling as well as the other ceilings in the main area of the house. Bill’s responsiveness, attention to detail and efficiency was amazing! We’ve already discussed working on the bedrooms in the fall! Thanks again Bill
I had an amazing experience! The team was professional, efficient, and truly paid attention to every detail. Everything was completed smoothly and on time. I’m extremely satisfied, and if anyone is looking to get work done, I would definitely recommend choosing them for their quality and reliability.
These guys really know how to paint! Such perfection! From the sanding and prep work to the painting of molding, ceilings and walls, all was done with exceptional professionalism. And at a reasonable price.

Hanson Painting Crew did a fantastic job painting our home. They produce top grade craftsmanship. They work diligently, clean and professionally.
Hanson Painting provides professional, reliable service in addition to excellent workmanship. We are very pleased with the results of the painting project provided by the skilled painters. We highly recommend them.
After using three painters over the past 10 years, I wish I could give him 10 stars. He is very easy-going and patient, rolls with the changes with grace and a smile, and is punctual, considerate, and most importantly - an impeccable painter. His work is top-notch and I give him my highest recommendation. Thank you for the excellent work Bill!!!
I can't not express how wonderful of a job Bill and his "team" (of 1) did! Everyone who has seen it, just loves it! I searched A LOT of near by painting companies and no one came close to Bill's professionalism, friendliness, responsiveness, and even better, cost! He was really a pleasure to work with. I was not in a rush of when this needed to be done and yet he still completed the whole house in less than a full week's time. Very impressive since this included many window frames/trims, all baseboards and chair rail trims, walls, halls, rooms, 2 staircases, etc.; These all with 2/3 coats of paint. If I need painting in the future (new house or even this one again), I will be calling Hanson Painting, no doubt about it!
Bill did an amazing job painting our kitchen, living, room, and dining room. Very thorough job with a lot of attention to detail. Service was also very professional and prompt. Highly recommended.
Bill and Shane did a fantastic job on my house. I had the first floor, stairs, hallway, and two bed rooms repainted, including trim and ceilings, and the house looks brand new inside. I knew it was going to be a quality job when I asked about prep work and Bill told me he preferred to do all the work so that he knew it was done to his standards. All the cracks, holes and blems were filled, the trim was caulked to fill in any joints, then the walls were sanded and painted. Bill suggested a matte finish and it looks fantastic. He worked around all the furniture in the rooms, and there wasn't a drop of paint anywhere it shouldn't have been. His pricing was very reasonable (in line w/ the estimates on his web page) and the project finished on time and on budget. I recommend him w/o reservation for any painting project.
Working with Hanson Painting was a joy! Bill was prompt to respond to my estimate request, fair in price, and extremely easy and flexible to work with! We have an older house and you could tell he really appreciated its quirks and charm. I'd 100% hire them for our next project. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Value
Bill Hanson and his assistant painted woodwork and ceiling that had been damaged by water leaks. They also sanded, sealed, plastered, and painting a calcimine ceiling so often found in older homes. The results are beautiful and they were easy to work with.

Bill and Max did a great job painting several interior rooms of our home. They were friendly, professional, meticulous and on time. They were also very flexible when I needed to change the time a few mornings. I am so pleased with all the rooms they painted, but especially with the formal dining room. Previously had wainscoting with deep red walls, but the switch to a richer gold tone totally transformed the room. Bill was very helpful and willingly offered feedback when I was trying to decide between 2 or 3 paint colors. I highly recommend Hanson painting for your next project.
Bill completed the exterior painting of our entire house and fixed some rotting siding. High-quality workmanship and excellent communication. I highly recommend Hanson Painting!
